Field Sales Marketer (Rent Rack)
House Explorer is revolutionizing how rent is collected and managed in Nigeria. We are looking for highly driven, well-connected Field Sales Marketers to spearhead the growth of our newest product: Rent Rack.
About the Role
As a Field Sales Marketer, you will be the face of House Explorer in your territory. Your primary objective is to identify, approach, and onboard property owners and facility managers onto the Rent Rack automated rent collection platform.
This is not a standard desk job. This role is built for aggressive closers who want to build a compounding, scalable income stream. If you have an existing network in real estate or the hustle to build one, we want you on our team.
What You Will Do
- ✓ Identify and pitch landlords and property managers on the benefits of automated rent collection.
- ✓ Guide clients through the seamless Rent Rack onboarding process.
- ✓ Maintain a target operational pace (averaging 8 properties onboarded per month).
- ✓ Build and manage your own active property portfolio through our dedicated Marketer Dashboard.
